Accepted documents include government-issued Philippine identification cards, passport, and driver's license. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal restrictions.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify winph22 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account. winph22 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security, provided that winph22 has not been negligent in its own security obligations.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winph22 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Available payment methods may change from time to time at the Company's discretion and subject to regulatory requirements.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the winph22 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion fees applied by your financial institution, for which winph22 accepts no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount does not consist of unplayed bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements; (c) there is no open investigation related to the account; (d) the withdrawal method matches the deposit method where required by AML procedures.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise specified, a User may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus has active wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph22 shall not be liable to you or any third party for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform; (b) loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses; (c) any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the platform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, PAGCOR regulatory actions, or third-party payment provider outages.
Nothing in these Terms limits winph22's liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by law.
Your personal data is collected, processed, stored, and used in accordance with the winph22 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. winph22 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data protection requirements. By registering on the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
winph22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraud, AML/KYC concerns, PAGCOR regulatory directive, technical security reasons, or voluntary request by the account holder. Upon permanent closure of an account, any verified balance not subject to bonus wagering requirements or investigation will be returned to the account holder via the verified payment method on file, within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the winph22 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable under the terms of winph22's operating license.
